Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at RebelFish Local Marketing Agency. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing executive administrative support, and demonstrating excellent communication skills. This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ, with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
- Knowledge of local marketing and online marketing is a plus
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
