The Assistant Editor will manage media assets, maintain project files, and ensure version control and backups are consistently up to date. This role supports editors and producers by preparing deliverables, exporting formats for review, and incorporating feedback into updated cuts. The Assistant Editor will also collaborate with the creative team to help maintain a consistent visual style and uphold quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail in reviewing cuts, checking continuity, and ensuring accuracy of subtitles, graphics, and audio.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with editors, producers, and other team members, responding constructively to feedback and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of basic post-production workflows, including transcoding, exporting, and delivering files in multiple formats.
