Compensation: Starting at $19/hour

Schedule: Mon & Tue: 8 AM – 5 PM | Wed & Thu: 8 AM – 2 PM | No nights. No weekends.

At Rebel Raw, we make real, raw food that helps pets live longer, healthier lives. Since 2014, our family-owned operation in Atlanta has been crafting human-grade meals for cats and dogs using ingredients we’re proud of. We’re a small, passionate team — and the Rebel Specialist is a big part of making it happen.

This is a hands-on position at the heart of our operation. You’ll keep our operation running smoothly — from preparing and packing orders to welcoming customers when they come to pick up food for their pets.

If you’ve worked in a specialty grocery, a butcher shop, a restaurant, a pet store, or any customer-facing food environment, you’ll feel right at home here.

- Prepare and pack customer orders with care and accuracy

- Welcome customers during order pickups and make sure they leave happy

- Keep inventory current using our e-commerce platform and order management system

- Receive and inspect fresh ingredient deliveries

- Organize and maintain our walk-in coolers and freezers

- Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

- Work confidently and independently — we trust our team to own their work

- Background in food service, specialty retail, grocery, or a similar hands-on environment

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, physical role — you’ll be on your feet and lifting up to 40–60 lbs regularly

- A sharp eye for detail and genuine pride in doing things right

- Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with the role

- Comfortable using a Mac and quick to pick up new software

- A love for animals is a big plus
