What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Supervisor position at Rebel Hotel Company?
Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Oversee and ensure a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work and retail area.
Oversee the Spa operations in the absence of the Spa Manager.
Actively promote and upsell the spa, treatments, services, fitness sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
Be proactive and solution-oriented in offering additional options outside a guest’s preferred time to maximize bookings.
Oversee and perform the coordinating, scheduling, and confirming of group bookings.
Coordinate provider schedule shift changes in Book4Time and notify Manager of excessive or incomplete coverage.
Responsible for maintaining inventory to include: placing orders in workday system, receive product shipments, pricing items and adding to Book4time system and displaying products on shelves, receiving shipments in Workday system and end of month inventory count.
Maintain and oversee a clean, fully stocked and well organized work and retail area.
Work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time if/when necessary.
Maintain a positive demeanor and contribute toward quality work environment.
Knowledge of all spa products used both in backbar and in retail. Ability to answer product-related questions from guests and maintain superior product knowledge.
Be proficient and actively promote and Spa Standards amongst team members.
Regularly attend and participate in staff meetings for The Spa.
Responsible for training Spa Front Desk Agents and Attendants.
Is aware of any maintenance issues in the spa areas, report them to the Spa Manager and in Alice system.
Communicate to Manager all occurrences involving staff / guests in The Spa that require attention.
Assist With Other Administrative Responsibilities Requested By Spa Manager.
Ensure spa bookings are being recorded correctly (Resort/Local) by Spa Front Desk Team and database profiles are maintained and accurate.
Grow and maintain Locals database.
Provide monthly stats to Manager of guest bookings and treatment information
Assist in fitness class schedule modifications.
Understands guest inquiries and provides immediate responses.
Knowledge of detailed descriptions of The Spa, treatments, and services
Promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa Desk and by telephone.
Ensure that Spa Front Desk phone is answered promptly and guest name is used throughout the phone conversation.
Remain professional and courteous with demanding or difficult guests or situations, in order, to turn them to the positive.
Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
