Retail Area Manager – Las Vegas, NV
Rebel Convenience Stores is searching for a dynamic, people-focused multi-unit leader to oversee 7–10 store locations across the Las Vegas market.

What You’ll Lead
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
• Inspire and develop Store Managers
• Maintain strong brand standards & customer satisfaction
• Oversee inventory, safety, cash controls, and store readiness
• Execute staffing, training, and talent development
• Analyze business trends & implement improvement strategies
What You Bring
• Retail, convenience, fuel, or food service leadership experience
• Strong multi-unit or high-volume operational background
• Excellent coaching, communication, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license auto insurance (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualifications

- Operational management, multi-location oversight, and budgeting skills
- Sales and strategic planning expertise
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement innovative business strategies
- Proven experience in developing and supervising high-performing teams
- Proficiency in inventory management and operational processes
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent experience is a plus
- Prior experience in the retail or convenience store industry is highly preferred
