Rebekah’s Health & Nutrition is looking for a positive, energetic, and service-minded individual to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our mission to support the community through education, exceptional service, and top-quality products.
Position Highlights:
Shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM (three times a week), including occasional weekends
Work in a fast-paced, team-focused, health-conscious environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer care by actively listening and offering tailored product recommendations
- Share your knowledge of supplements and healthy living to support each customer’s wellness journey
- Operate the cash register accurately and handle transactions with professionalism
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Engage customers with confidence, assisting with questions, concerns, and product guidance
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience with supplements and nutritional products
- Strong understanding of vitamins, herbs, and holistic wellness principles
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in upselling and making product suggestions based on customer needs
- Reliable, friendly, and eager to learn
- Able to do basic math, work a register, and follow procedures with accuracy
