We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client’s home or business is left spotless and welcoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for clients.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in both residential and commercial settings.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring.
• Cook light meals or prepare snacks as requested by clients during cleaning sessions (if applicable).

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ability to sanitize areas effectively while using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards can be an advantage.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
