As our File Clerk, you’ll be an essential part of the administrative team, ensuring that critical document management, scanning, shredding, and reception support tasks are accurately managed and organized. You will also assist with case-by-case projects to support our firm's operations.
This is an in-office, part-time position. Professional conduct is vital. This entry-level position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable individual with a commitment to maintaining document accuracy and consistency. The File Clerk will work closely with our in-office and remote teams to documents and files are processed and sorted, while also trained to provide additional support for the receptionist.
What You'll Do:
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital client records.
- Scanning & Shredding: Scan important documents into digital systems and securely shred sensitive materials as needed.
- Reception Assistance: Support front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and managing mail.
- Case-by-Case Projects: Assist the Office Manager with specific projects.
- Office Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks.
What You'll Bring:
- High Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work meticulously when handling document management and administrative tasks.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Efficiently manages both physical and electronic files and tracks deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency with Office Software: Experience with document management systems like OneDrive and basic office software.
