Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by supervising stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Operate the cash register and POS system accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate product collections and assist in providing assistance when picking out the perfect pieces.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, particularly in a customer service setting.
- Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the store schedules.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
