- Front Desk Management: Greeting visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person, and maintaining a tidy, professional reception area.
- Communication: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as handling emails and inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, data entry, scanning, filing, and managing calendars.
- Office Security & Logistics: Monitoring front desk security, issuing visitor badges, managing courier services, and distributing mail.
- Inventory & Records: Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory records.
