What You’ll Do:
- Meet with homeowners in their homes to assess needs and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
- Guide customers through the full design process, including product selection and layout recommendations
- Build trust and deliver a consultative sales experience from initial meeting through close
- Create accurate project pricing and proposals using company tools and systems
- Close sales on the spot using a proven in-home sales process
- Manage your pipeline and follow up with prospects as needed
- Collaborate with operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales (in-home sales experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust
- Comfortable closing sales in a one-call-close environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and design/pricing tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
