Re-Bath Nashville is hiring outgoing Retail Brand Ambassadors to represent our company inside major retail partner stores across the Nashville area. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, promote our remodeling services, and generate leads for our sales team.

No remodeling experience is required. Experience in remodeling or home improvement is a plus, and paid training is provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers inside retail partner stores
• Start conversations and introduce Re-Bath remodeling services
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Build relationships with store associates and managers
• Represent a nationally recognized home improvement brand
• Maintain a professional and positive brand presence

This role combines retail engagement, customer service, and lead generation.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation for travel within the Nashville area

Schedule

• Full-time – 40 hours per week
• Weekend availability required
• Flexible weekday scheduling

Work Environment

This is a field-based position where you will travel between retail partner locations throughout the Greater Nashville area during your scheduled work hours.
