Job Summary
We are in need of representatives to market these programs. The Senior Outside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving outreach and engagement efforts for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services through event marketing, pop by visits, and exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in building brand awareness and driving customer engagement in various settings. In addition to this, you will also mentor your fellow Outside Sales Representative and build schedules for them. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with sales teams will be essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with members to promote initiatives and gather feedback.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships among existing and new customers.
- Conduct in-person pop by visits to new customers to educate the them about programs or services offered.
- Mentor and build schedules for fellow Outside Sales Representative.

- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing field operations.
