We are looking for a motivated and personable Real Estate Outreach Specialist to connect with real estate agents and introduce a smarter solution for listings that are not performing, helping them and their clients save time and money.

About the Role
You will work directly from warm, company-provided leads and connect with real estate agents to introduce our proven auction method.
Your role is to start conversations, identify opportunities, and pass along qualified leads to our team.
This is a part-time, hybrid 1099 contractor position that could grow into a full-time, rewarding career.
What You’ll Do
- Work from warm leads provided by the company
- Reach out to real estate agents via phone and email
- Introduce a proven auction strategy for listings that are not selling
- Communicate how this approach helps agents and clients save time and money
- Qualify opportunities and set up next steps
- Keep notes organized and track outreach
- Hit and exceed weekly goals

- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Comfortable starting conversations and building rapport
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- No experience required, this role is about personality, communication, and drive. We will teach you the rest
- Interest in real estate or sales is a plus
