The company pays average salaries but up to five times the industry’s standard performance-based bonuses. The work atmosphere is flexible, and OT is seldom required; however, every position and title produces tangible results well above the industry standards.
Candidates must be local, or willing to work remotely for a time but eventually relocate.
Federal Construction Project Manager

- Compensation varies from $83,000.00/yr. to $113,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
- Qualifications
-Required
1. 5 years of proven experience as a PM on DoD construction projects.
2. College degree in engineering or construction management.
3. Willing to travel for to project sites for routine visits in the Southeast (GA, LA, AL, FL, NC and SC).
4. Provide list of completed projects including a brief description of the scope, magnitude, date and client.

1. Design-Build Experience
2. Ability to use P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction industry programs.
3. CQM, OSHA 30, and First Aid Certifications.
4. Experience in the Southeast market and commercial (non-DOD).
- Responsibilities
- Manage Relationship with Project Owners including meetings, schedules, pay applications, request for information, and change orders.
- Manage Construction Projects utilizing project support staff. Includes preparing and maintain a project schedule and budget; managing subcontractors, material, labor, equipment, and submittals with project coordinators; and monitoring safety, quality, and production with site supervisors.
- Occasionally support Proposal/Estimate process for competitive and negotiated proposals. Includes attending site visits, constructability assessments, writing technical approaches, takeoffs, preparing subcontractor bid packages, preparing estimates, and completing proposals.
