A high-growth, venture-backed AI startup is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its fast-moving San Francisco team.
The company builds AI-powered training and coaching tools that help large sales and support organizations improve customer conversations. Their platform uses intelligent agents to simulate realistic interactions — across phone, email, chat, and video — giving teams instant feedback, scoring, and personalized coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and evolve cohesive design systems across product surfaces — from onboarding flows to complex AI interaction UIs
- Define and refine how multimodal, AI-driven experiences should feel and behave
- Lead the visual direction of product, marketing, and brand touchpoints
- Prototype, test, and iterate quickly with cross-functional teams
- Make high-impact design decisions that influence the company’s product direction
- Mentor other designers and uphold a high standard of craft, clarity, and consistency
Ideal Candidate
- 4–7 years of experience designing and shipping complex customer-facing products (preferably B2B SaaS)
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to unify UX and visual design
- Experience designing AI or data-driven interfaces
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast-paced, hands-on environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
