We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our companies' managers. Office Assistant’s responsibilities include answering phones, filing, vendor coordination, and data entry. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, be detail oriented and flexible. This role will include working for/across multiple entities with multiple individuals with diverse backgrounds and approaches.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with multiple vendors
- Receipt management
- Keeping up with office supply inventory
- Internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Perform routine off site tasks
- Light cleaning
Skills
- Office work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office knowledge/experience
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- High School degree
- Be able to pass a background check in order to obtain access to Whiteman AFB
- Innovative thinking/the ability to create new methods and apply them
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
