Immediate need for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a well established group. Lets Discuss

would ideally have some experience in joint injections (or willingness to learn the skill)
No Hosp coverage
PRACTICE OVERVIEW : The incoming provider will be responsible for seeing patients in the outpatient clinic
SCHEDULE :
- The clinic is open Monday through Friday 7a to 5p – incoming provider will be in office 8-4 : 30 (can tweak hours)
VOLUME :
CALL : Phone call only. 1 : 4 – taken one full week at a time.
PAYOR MIX : 60% Government Subsidy (Medicare) / 40% Private Insurance.
EMR : Medent
Base Compensation : $115K
Productivity Bonus : Quarterly bonus, based on collections, to add an additional 10K per year. Usually will not hit this bonus the first quarter.
Income potential : 125K
