RealWise Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Roseburg, OR.
Qualified candidates must have Property Management experience. Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Oregon Property Manager license. Have excellent customer service skills, be proficient in general computer use, typing and office applications, multi-tasking, organizational skills, and data entry and possess good written and verbal communication skills. We are seeking individuals who are committed, reliable, and possess a willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new owner onboarding and conduct baseline inspections for new properties.
- Oversee property listings and vacancy management, minimizing downtime.
- Provide regular updates to property owners on vacant units.
- Manage move-in inspections, collaborating with the team for a smooth process.
- Handle tenancy matters, delinquencies, legal processes, and move-outs.
- Coordinate quarterly proactive communications to owners.
- Lead lease renewals, negotiations, and periodic inspections.
- Manage owner collections and maintenance tasks with efficiency.
- Review move-out inspections, oversee turnovers, and ensure quality control.
- Develop relationships with owners and lead weekly team meetings.
- Strive to exceed KPIs and contribute to portfolio profitability.
