  • Coordinate billing changes with Operations and review revenue-related activity for accuracy.

Budgeting & Owner Reporting

  • Analyze budget-to-actual variances for the assigned portfolio.

  • Assist with preparation of annual property budgets.

  • Generate owner, lender, and management reports.

Field Payroll

  • Process field payroll through ADP for property-level staff, including entering hours, employee changes, and deductions, and reviewing payroll registers for accuracy before submission.

  • Review field employee timecards and coordinate with Property Managers and HR on new hires, terminations, and deduction changes.

  • Prepare field payroll journal entries, allocate payroll costs to properties, and reconcile property payroll accounts.

Accounts Payable, Receivable & Resident Accounting

  • Review and process accounts payable invoices, ensuring they are accurately coded, approved, and paid for property, small corporate, and commercial accounts.

  • Review property transactions for compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, maintaining accurate and organized records.

Vendor Management

  • Maintain vendor master records, setup, required documentation, coding, and property allocations.

  • Track certificates of insurance for vendors and tenants, ensuring required coverage remains current.

  • Prepare and file annual 1099 reporting.

AppFolio & Process Improvement

  • Utilize AppFolio to perform daily accounting responsibilities and support accurate data entry and reporting.
