Co‑Op Data Analyst – Investments (Part‑Time) We’re recruiting motivated college students to join our Investments team as Co‑Op Data Analysts. This is a part‑time, hands‑on role designed for students interested in real estate, finance, data analytics, and investment decision‑making. In this role, you’ll work closely with investment professionals on real, active deals supporting internal analysis, improving how data flows through the deal pipeline, and helping transform data into insights that drive investment decisions. You’ll gain exposure to how a publicly traded REIT evaluates opportunities, tracks market activity, and executes acquisitions. What you’ll work on includes: Supporting internal investment and acquisitions analysis Streamlining and organizing the deal pipeline Building and maintaining spreadsheets used to evaluate potential deals Creating and managing sales and leasing databases Analyzing and maintaining leasing and market comparables Identifying and tracking brokers and market participants Developing data visualizations and summaries to support decision‑making Various ad-hoc assignments Who we’re looking for: Current college students (ideally finance, data analytics, economics, business, or related majors) Strong analytical and organizational skills Comfortable working with Excel and data sets (experience with visualization tools is a plus) Team players who are curious, detail‑oriented, and willing to work hard Interested in gaining real-world exposure to investments and real estate This is a great opportunity to build practical skills, work alongside experienced investment professionals, and see how data is used to evaluate and execute real estate investments. Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process. An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
