Realty ONE Group Ultimate is seeking an experienced, licensed Pennsylvania real estate agent to join our Lawrence County market as a Real Estate Mentor.
This opportunity is ideal for an established agent who enjoys coaching, developing relationships, and helping others succeed while continuing to grow their own real estate business.

What You'll Do
- Guide new agents through their first three transactions.
- Provide practical support with contracts, consultations, negotiations, and transaction management.
- Participate in our structured mentorship program.
- Help new agents build strong business habits, confidence, and professional skills.
- Continue growing your own real estate business.
Who We're Looking For
- Active Pennsylvania real estate license.
- At least three years of successful real estate sales experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania real estate contracts and practices.
- Demonstrated professionalism, communication skills, and willingness to teach.
- A passion for helping others succeed.
Position Type: Independent contractor, commission-based.
Location: Lawrence County / New Castle, PA.
