ABOUT THE ROLE
Realty One Group Turn Key is hiring a tech-adaptive Real Estate Office Administrator for our Gig Harbor satellite office. This role supports both our Tacoma and Gig Harbor offices through office administration, agent support, daily operations, social media posting, and marketing support.
You will help keep office systems organized, support agents and leadership, assist with onboarding and internal coordination, manage routine social media posting, and create or adapt marketing materials using our systems, templates, and brand standards. The role requires strong follow-through, excellent written communication skills, good judgment, an eye for clean design, and practical creativity.
The Gig Harbor office is typically quiet with limited walk-in traffic, so this role is best for someone who can work independently, stay productive, and manage tasks without constant supervision. Strong computer skills are essential. Canva experience is strongly preferred. We prioritize hands-on ability over formal marketing credentials, so a degree in the field is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Office Operations
- Keep the office clean, organized, and professional
- Greet visitors and handle occasional in-person inquiries
- Manage phones, mail, supplies, and daily office logistics
- Open and close the office and handle routine operational tasks
Administrative & Agent Support
- Support agents and leadership with day-to-day administrative needs
- Assist with agent onboarding and system setup
- Help agents navigate brokerage tools, files, and resources
- Maintain rosters, records, shared files, and internal trackers
- Support meetings, trainings, recognition, and office communication
Social Media & Marketing
- Post routine brokerage content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create and adapt brokerage and agent marketing materials using Canva and established brand standards
- Maintain website content, Google Business pages, marketing files, and shared resources
- Support brand consistency and advertising compliance
Additional Support
- Assist with office events, training prep, and agent communications
- Complete other administrative, operational, and marketing tasks as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- Administrative, office coordination, social media, or marketing support experience preferred
- Real estate, mortgage, escrow, title, or professional office experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Skills & Work Style
- Strong everyday computer skills, including email, Google Workspace, shared drives, online forms, and social media platforms
- Canva experience strongly preferred
- Experience maintaining and updating business profiles across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to support brand presence and engagement.
- Good eye for layout, presentation, consistency, and clean design
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Self-directed, reliable, organized, and able to work without close supervision
- Able to prioritize tasks, follow through, and stay productive in a quieter office environment
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and move up to 25 lbs and assist with routine office setup, including moving light signage and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is based in our Gig Harbor satellite office. The environment is typically quiet with minimal walk-in traffic, but the work itself is steady and requires consistent communication, organization, and follow-through.
