Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective agents through networking, cold outreach, social media, and industry events.
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns and outreach strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with management to understand talent needs and goals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new agents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or real estate is strongly preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate licensing processes and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
