Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified franchise candidates through networking, and outbound outreach
- Weekly, and monthly reports of prospects and franchise sale's activity
- Help grow the franchise, and the company
- Guide candidates through the full franchise sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchise owners
- Experience in sales, Recruiting, or real estate industry sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team skills
- Motivated with the ability to meet sales targets
- Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet company goals
