As a valued Team Member, you will benefit from a steady stream of leads sourced from Zillow, Realtor.com, sign calls, and referrals, all facilitated by your team leader—an accomplished agent dedicated to accelerating your professional growth. Engage in exclusive lead follow-up training, mastering best practices across all lead distribution platforms to optimize conversion rates. Additionally, take advantage of our comprehensive weekly REV UP! training program, designed to bring new licensees up to speed and propel experienced agents to new heights. Recognizing that business development and lead generation are pivotal challenges for newer agents, we are committed to fostering success in a collaborative and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is coachable, responsive, and ready to transform opportunities into successful transactions.

Converting and closing leads
Participating in regular training sessions
Engaging in consistent meetings with your team leader
