Realty ONE Group Next Level is hiring a Director of Sales to get in the trenches with our agents and drive their production. If you have built your own business, know how to work a phone, and get fired up watching somebody else finally break through, keep reading. Headquarters in Bedford, offices in Portsmouth, Nashua, and Concord, and we are one of the fastest growing firms in the state. This is a licensed position and you will keep selling.
About the Job
You are the person our agents call first. Contract questions, deals going sideways, a listing appointment they are nervous about. You pick up the phone and you solve it. You run the training calendar, and you run it like a sales floor and not a classroom. Real scripts, real role play, real accountability. The core of this job is production. We have agents closing five deals a year who should be closing ten, and your job is to get in front of them every week and change that. You report to our CEO and our President, who remains Principal Broker, so escalated compliance matters stay with them and you stay on the floor with the agents. Our Director of Operations handles office administration, so you are not buried in paperwork.
You are also walking into a job that is easier here than it would be at most offices. Our mentorship program already handles getting new agents up and running, and you will work alongside our mentors rather than carrying that load yourself. Our lead program gives agents access to leads. Those are the two hardest problems in this business and they are already solved, so you get to spend your time on the agents in the middle, the ones who are licensed, past their ramp up, and closing far less than they are capable of.
We want you selling, so we built this around your business instead of on top of it. Reduced or waived cap, monthly fee covered, desk covered. Add a monthly stipend for the management side and a performance bonus tied to how much you grow your agents’ production. Do this job right and it pays you better than grinding it out somewhere else. We will run the numbers with you when we meet.
This is not a fit for someone looking to coast into a management title. It is a fit for a competitor who wants a bigger scoreboard.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- A real track record of production, because you will be teaching what you have actually done
- An active NH real estate license; broker or associate broker license preferred
- Command of NHAR standard forms, state and federal real estate law, and the Fair Housing Act
- 5 years selling real estate at a high level
- Thick skin, high energy, and the patience to answer the same question twice
