Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- For licensed roles: Active Pennsylvania real estate license.
- For aspiring roles: Commitment to enrolling in pre-licensing coursework.

Compensation
- 100% commission based company. What does this mean? You pay a small transaction fee and keep more money in your pocket. No more splits!
- Commission-based: $20,000 – $150,000 potential annually depending on effort, closings, and market conditions.
