Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role for a Real Estate Agent based in Folsom, CA, allowing remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include facilitating property transactions, fostering relationships with clients, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and staying informed on local real estate market trends. Agents will also represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in the state of California
- Experience in real estate transactions and familiarity with real property processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven sales skills with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency with real estate tools, platforms, and CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the Sacramento-area real estate market is highly preferred
