Role Description This is a full-time Office Administrator role based in Lacey, WA, that is 100% in office. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, mail, and front-desk reception duties. This role will support brokers and leadership with scheduling, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documents and reports. The Office Administrator will coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensure the workspace is orderly and professional, and assist with basic accounting or data entry tasks as needed. The role also includes supporting client-facing activities, such as greeting visitors, answering basic inquiries, and helping facilitate a smooth client experience. The role will also assist with marketing, to include social media; and transaction management.
Qualifications
- Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, including organizing files, managing calendars, and supporting daily operations.
- Experience with office equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, and basic troubleshooting of common issues.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with brokers, clients, and vendors.
- Customer service skills with a focus on providing a welcoming, responsive, and solution-oriented experience.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace); comfort learning real estate or CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, maintaining reliability and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in an office, real estate, or professional services environment preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, further education a plus.
- Marketing experience or education a plus; to include familiarity with platforms such as Canva and Adobe as well as major social media platforms.
