Role Description
This is a full-time and part-time, cloud base role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Dallas, TX. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for prospecting for business, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include prospecting, showing properties, conducting market research, preparing contracts, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Real Estate License
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Sales
- Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with Broker support
- Proficiency with real estate software and technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
