Role Description The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role located in Rochester, MN, responsible for managing the leasing process and supporting prospective and current residents. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, processing applications, and preparing lease documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating lease renewals, supporting resident retention initiatives, and responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries. The Leasing Professional partners with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive resident experience and to help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong resident-facing experience, including Resident Retention and Customer Service skills.
- Knowledge of leasing processes, including Leases and Lease Administration.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with residents, prospects, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and use property management or CRM software.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in handling resident information and financial transactions.
- Previous experience in property management, residential leasing, or a related customer-focused role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
