Responsibilities

**Marketing & Branding Support**
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for listings, social media, and email newsletters.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Design property brochures, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Maintain and update company websites and online listings (MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.).
- Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for property listings.
- Track marketing analytics and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
**Office Administration & Client Support**
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, client information, and property details.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings for agents and clients.
- Assist in preparing contracts, listing agreements, and disclosure forms.
- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing supplies, answering calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, vendors, and business partners.
**Transaction Coordination & MLS Management**
- Enter and update listings in MLS with accuracy and efficiency.
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Communicate with lenders, escrow officers, and clients to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings and client updates.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Highly organized**, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in real estate marketing, office administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of MLS platforms and real estate transaction processes is an advantage.
- Social media management experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or as a personal assistant is preferred.
- Real Estate Experience or License
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MAC and data entry software.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $22.60 - $24.41 per hour
