Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our commercial real estate portfolio, attract prospective tenants, and strengthen our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote available properties, including office spaces, retail centers, and industrial facilities, targeting prospective tenants and investors.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content for brochures, property listings, website, social media, email campaigns, and press releases, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with target audience needs.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and website updates to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Branding: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications, ensuring a professional and cohesive image.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute property tours, open houses, networking events, and industry trade shows to showcase properties and build relationships with potential clients.
- Collateral Production: Collaborate with graphic designers and vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials, including signage, virtual tours, and video content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead conversions, engagement rates) and provide regular reports to leadership with actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, leasing, and property management teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless client experiences.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maximizing ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating professional, persuasive content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
- Understanding of commercial real estate leasing processes and tenant acquisition strategies.
