Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Reports to: Leadership Team
Position Overview:
This dynamic support role is essential to the success of both RASCW and SCWMLS. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have exceptional time management skills, have a high level of discretion, be comfortable working in a team environment, and with minimal day-to-day oversight.

For over a century, The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) has served the local real estate community, empowering members and promoting homeownership. The South Central Wisconsin Multiple Listing Service (SCWMLS) provides access to the most comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date database of properties for sale in South Central Wisconsin.
What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:
MLS Support:
- Become an expert in our MLS systems, including Paragon, providing essential technical and customer support to our members.
- Be the first line of contact for member inquiries, delivering timely and effective solutions via phone and email.
- Contribute to the success of our members by assisting with MLS product training and creating valuable educational content.
Membership Support:
- Process new applications, renewals, and Letters of Good Standing, ensuring a smooth experience for our growing membership.
- Ensure our member records are maintained accurately.
Special Projects:
- Take initiative and provide crucial project-based support to leadership team, helping to bring strategic initiatives to life.
- Embrace cross-departmental collaboration, proactively offering assistance where it's needed most to achieve organizational goals.
Who You Are:
- An exceptional communicator, both in writing and verbally.
- Experienced in customer service or administrative support, with a proven track record of problem-solving.
- A professional who operates with a high level of discretion and integrity, understanding the importance of confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with Streak is a plus.
- Most importantly, you're a self-starter with exceptional time management skills, eager to take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute meaningfully to a collaborative team environment.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
