Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead the design, execution, and optimization of large-scale paid social ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok, with a focus on ecommerce. You'll develop full-funnel strategies, manage multiple client projects, and optimize campaign performance to meet client goals. This role requires a deep understanding of paid social advertising across a variety of platforms, alongside strong client communication and data analysis skills. You’re the right person for the role if you have:

• 3 years of paid social advertising experience (agency experience preferable).
• Proven track record of success with paid social advertising campaigns, across platforms including Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, ideally focused on ecommerce.
• Experience with website, lead and mobile app campaigns is preferable.
• Degree in business, math, marketing, engineering, science or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
• Ad platform certifications preferred.
• Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of pixel and tracking setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized and flexible; able to move from project to project without delay.
• A passion for Digital Marketing and learning!

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage and execute large-scale, full funnel, campaigns on social platforms including Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences.
• Spearhead communication with key client contacts and champion the strategic role of social media within the broader media landscape.
• Provide regular updates to clients on social media performance and strategic vision through presentations and meetings.
• Drive new ideas to improve performance including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization, executing these effectively.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance.
• Manage campaign budgets, pacing accurately, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to develop the paid channel.
• Work closely with the creative and reporting teams to drive data-backed innovation and strategy.
• Stay at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices, learn and grow your knowledge, and bring new findings and ideas to clients and internal teams.
