Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Property Manager role based in Laredo, TX, with opportunities for remote work. The Property Manager will oversee daily operations, including property maintenance, tenant relations, lease administration, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include coordinating property upkeep, managing vendor contracts, resolving tenant concerns, ensuring lease compliance, and working closely with the accounting team to report on budgets and financial performance. Additional duties include tenant improvement oversight, property inspections, and lease renewals.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, lease administration, and vendor coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle property maintenance and tenant improvements
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, conduct financial reporting, and oversee cost controls
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address tenant needs and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of applicable property laws or regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in property management software and tools
