Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GoAnywhere Development Consultant with strong hands-on code-level development experience in GoAnywhere MFT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing managed file transfer workflows, automation jobs, and integration processes in enterprise environments.

Candidates must have solid GoAnywhere development expertise—not just administration or operational support.

Key Responsibilities

GoAnywhere Development & Automation

• Design, develop, and maintain:
  • GoAnywhere programs
  • Jobs
  • Projects
  • Workflow automations
• Build solutions in accordance with customer-defined architecture and development standards
• Create and maintain:
  • New file transfer workflows
  • Configurations
  • Automation jobs
• Perform:
  • Defect analysis and fixes
  • Enhancements to existing workflows
  • Performance improvements

System Integration & File Transfer Management

• Work with:
  • FTP / SFTP protocols
  • File transfer workflows
  • Enterprise integration processes
• Support secure data movement between internal and external systems
• Apply SQL for:
  • Data handling
  • Integration logic
  • Validation and processing support

Platform & Scripting Support

• Work across:
  • Windows environments
  • Linux environments
• Develop automation scripts using:
  • Shell scripting
• Support operational automation and troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience
• Strong hands-on GoAnywhere MFT development experience at code level (mandatory)
• Preferred 5 years specifically in GoAnywhere development
• Strong experience with:
  • Workflow/job development in GoAnywhere
  • File transfer automation
  • FTP / SFTP protocols
  • Enterprise integrations
• Good working knowledge of:
  • Windows OS
  • Linux OS
  • Shell scripting
  • SQL
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP Process Integration (SAP PI) exposure
• Experience in enterprise managed file transfer ecosystems
