Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner with strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, particularly in pricing and rating tools such as Ratabase and Earnix. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives, define product vision, and manage end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
- Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with business users, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements
3. Product Backlog Management
- Create, groom, and prioritize product backlog
- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
4. Product Development Lifecycle
- Oversee all stages of product development (design, development, release)
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage
5. Agile Execution
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and product sprints
- Work within Agile/SAFe frameworks
- Use tools like Jira or Rally for tracking and reporting
6. Communication & Delivery
- Act as a liaison between product teams and end users
- Provide regular updates and ensure successful product delivery
