Role - Senior Business Analyst with Patient Support Programs (Commercial Pharma)
Location: Titusville, NJ (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst (7 years) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong business analytical capabilities, deep experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma, and a proven ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Management
· Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across Commercial Pharma functions.
· Translate complex business needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications.
· Create high-quality deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
Patient Support Programs (PSP) Expertise
· Work on initiatives related to Patient Support Programs, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
· Understand end-to-end PSP processes including onboarding, adherence, reimbursement, and patient engagement journeys.
· Provide insights and recommendations to optimize PSP operations and outcomes.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
· Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
· Manage expectations effectively and ensure timely communication of progress, risks, and issues.
Solution Design & Delivery Support
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
· Support UAT planning and execution, including test case preparation and defect tracking.
· Ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
Documentation & Communication
· Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Deliver insights and updates through presentations, reports, and dashboards.
Required Qualifications
· 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
· Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Documentation.
· Hands-on experience in Patient Support Programs (PSP) within Commercial Pharma.
· Proven ability in stakeholder and customer management across multiple levels.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a quick, responsive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
· Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
· Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
· Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
· Exposure to data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
· Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial operations and compliance frameworks.
