Job Title: Gen AI Engineer Google ADK & Agentic AI

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer with expertise in Google ADK and Agentic AI frameworks to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI solutions for Capital Markets use cases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agent architectures, RAG pipelines, and financial domain knowledge across trading and investment systems.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, quantitative teams, and engineering teams to build scalable AI-driven applications for trade analytics, research automation, risk management, and intelligent decision-making platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Gemini, and other open-source models.
- Build and implement Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Fine-tune and optimize foundation models using financial and market datasets.
- Integrate AI solutions with trading platforms, market data feeds, research systems, and enterprise applications.
- Develop intelligent workflows for trade analytics, portfolio insights, financial research, and risk monitoring.
- Implement NLP techniques for document processing, sentiment analysis, summarization, and market intelligence.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
- Ensure AI governance, compliance, security, explainability, and model performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Capital Markets technologies.
- 5 years of software engineering or AI/ML development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM application development.
- Experience with Google ADK, Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.
- Strong programming expertise in Python.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and NLP frameworks.
- Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures and vector search solutions.
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Solid understanding of Capital Markets domains including:
- Equities
- Fixed Income
- Derivatives
- FX Trading
- Risk & Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices.
