Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Logistics Assistant to join our San Diego team. In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics Manager to coordinate day-to-day shipping and receiving and support the smooth running of our logistics department. This is a part-time position at 20–25 hours per week (ideally 4–5 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with some schedule flexibility) and offers potential for expanded hours over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all areas of shipping and receiving
- Pick, pack, and ship smaller parcels via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming freight shipments
- Process returns and repairs
- Assist in stock counts
- Support the Logistics Manager with other tasks as assigned
- Develop sufficient proficiency to cover for the Logistics Manager when needed
QualificationsRequired
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy once trained
- Ability to lift and move cartons up to 60 lbs. and perform other physical tasks including climbing ladders
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify, ShipStation, Slack, and Google Suite
- Interest in or knowledge of flight simulation and aviation

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
