RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established drywall subcontractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall General Superintendent!
The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large-scale projects).

The ideal candidate will be coming from either a drywall subcontractor or self-perform drywall division and have experience with data center projects (or other large-scale projects).
- MUST BE LOCATED IN TEXAS OR EAST AND WILLING TO TRAVEL** - Per Diem included!!
Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
- Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team
- Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
- Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
- Manage Foremen team & all field employees
- Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards
- 10 years project management experience with drywall subcontractor OR self-perform drywall division
- Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent
- Experience with drywall, metal stud framing, IMP, etc.
- Experience on data center projects, battery plants, EV manufacturing facilities, etc. (highly preferred)
- Experience on large-scale projects (required)
- Must be located East of Texas
- Base Salary $155-180k (broad range based on experience)
- Per diem, car allowance, etc.
