We are current recruiting for an Senior/Underwriting & Due Diligence Analyst to join their acquisitions team located in Downtown Orlando, FL.
For a SENIOR Underwriting & DD Analyst... This role conducts detailed financial and property analysis, coordinates due diligence activities, and collaborates with internal teams, legal counsel, and external consultants to identify and resolve property-related issues throughout the transaction process. The position also prepares investment committee materials and presents findings to support strategic acquisition decisions.
For an Underwriting & DD Analyst...
This role is responsible for reviewing zoning reports and other due diligence documentation related to property acquisitions, as well as conducting property site visits to evaluate and assess potential acquisition opportunities.
This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary bonus (DOE), and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment while partnering directly with some of the top executives in the company. After 6 months with the company, there is hybrid flexibility to WFH 12 days per quarter!!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 2-5 years related experience and/or training in real estate acquisitions, development and due diligence
- Ability to understand zoning, survey, title and environmental issues related to real estate acquisitions
- Ability to offer solutions to issues that arise in the review of these due diligence items
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Salary : $74,000 - $85,000
