RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established contractor with a nationwide presence to assist in hiring an MEP Superintendent with experience in large-scale, mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL** - Per Diem included!!
Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple jobsites effectively at any given time
- Participate in all preconstruction meetings with project team
- Provide jobsite project progress as necessary
- Communicate with GC to ensure project schedule and goals are met
- Manage Foremen team & all field employees
- Ensure all work meets QC/QA standards
- 10 years Superintendent experience
- Experience with large commercial, industrial and/or mission-critical projects
- Strong understanding of MEP / CSA coordination
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors/stakeholders
- Prior experience as Senior or General Superintendent preferred
- Experience implementing QA/QC programs
- Experience on large-scale projects, $25M preferred
- OSHA 30 cert preferred
- Base Salary $145-180k (broad range based on experience)
- Per diem, car allowance, etc.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
