The selected Proposal Manager will be supporting heavy civil and heavy industrial construction pursuits for contract administrators including USACE. Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating across departments to support division leads, capture professionals and operations management
- Developing strategic and competitive responses to RFPs and SOQs
- Presenting capture solutions effectively in a narrative and visual format
- Tracking proposal efforts through award stage
- Developing and distributing proposal outlines and compliance matrices
- Participating in weekly status update meetings
- Performing desktop publishing and editing of proposals
- Ordering necessary materials to support proposal efforts and produce hard copies
- Working with and managing Microsoft SharePoint sites
- Checking RFP quality for compliance and conformance to established strategies and plans
- Other duties as assigned
- 5 years of relevant proposal experience
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing or related discipline
- Knowledge of FAR and other DoD requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective task prioritization and deadline management skills
- Strong research skills
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- APMP certification is a PLUS
- Salary $110k-160k (based on experience)
