- Collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract specs.
- Monitoring work progress and compliance from all selected subcontractors.
- Proactively identifying and escalating issues that could impact the established project budget and timeline.
- Holding meetings with Engineers, Architects, and other key personnel to provide progress reports.
- Delegating tasks effectively and holding others accountable to achieve project milestones.
- Helping to enforce the site safety and QC plans.
- Helping to mentor and develop confidence in Project Engineer personnel.
- Proactively identify training gaps with personnel, ensuring that they gain access to proper resources and supplemental training to maximize career growth potential.
- Assisting in the development of a strategic growth plan for the division.
- 7 years of Project Manager experience supporting federal construction projects
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline from an accredited institution
- Prior experience representing the GC on design build projects including civil and vertical scope
- Prior experience with RFIs and change orders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective people management skills including the ability to delegate
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure that project milestones are achieved
- Salary 120-155k (based on experience and certifications)
