RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established nationwide drywall subcontractor to assist in hiring an experienced Drywall Estimator in Dallas, TX!
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes drawings and uses applicable software to perform material take-offs for detailed estimates & provides unit cost pricing
- Assists with developing project updates and bid package estimate documents’ comparison
- Tracks and adjusts quantities as needed
- Solicits bids and partners with vendors to build relationships and obtain quotes
- Reviews RFPs, Basis of Design & drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
- Presents information and responds to questions from internal departments
- 3 years commercial drywall estimating experience
- Experience with commercial drywall, metal framing, ACT, stucco, EIFS
- Proficiency with OST or EDGE
- Ability to manage and prioritize competing deadlines to ensure deadlines are met
- Local TX market knowledge (preferred)
- Salary $100-130k (wide range based on experience)
