RealREPP, is currently teaming with a highly reputable law firm in Dallas Fort Worth to assist them in hiring for an Associate Attorney focused in Family Law. This Associate Attorney will work independently and manage their own case load, while being trained/mentored by seasoned professionals in family law.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years' experience working on cases in Tarrant, Dallas & Denton Counties and have a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic & client-focused legal team!
This is a full-time position with a very competitive pay package ($100,000 - $120,000 base salary, DOE) origination bonuses & billable hour incentives, generous PTO, FLEX FRIDAYS, and a 401(k) w/ a match. They offer a fantastic work/life balance and a close-knit team culture!!

Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of family law matters independently, ensuring the highest standard of legal representation for our clients.
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediation, and trials.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective legal strategies and provide sound legal advice and counsel.
- Uphold the ethical standards and guidelines of the state bar of Texas, promoting a professional and respectful work environment.
- Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to the state bar of Texas and in good standing.
- 1 years of experience practicing family law, with a focus on cases in Tarrant, Dallas and/or Denton County.
- Strong knowledge of Texas family law statutes, regulations, and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
