Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. is seeking a real estate brokerage manager to lead all aspects of our brokerage operation west of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
As a real estate brokerage manager at Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc., you will be responsible for growing the office’s market share by recruiting new and retaining existing sales associates. In addition, you will be expected to coach, mentor, and develop sales agents in an effort to grow their business and provide career development. You will also advise and support our professional staff, ensuring that the services we offer our sales associates exceed the expectations of our clients.
In addition to these duties, you will assist sales associates with client concerns and issues as needed. You will also run inspiring sales meetings and ensure that our sales associates are current and knowledgeable with company tools and initiatives, market conditions, industry trends, etc.

Required Experience:
- Candidate must hold a real estate sales license with at least 3 years of experience or be a California State licensed attorney.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a desire to drive our market share and profitability
- Contagious enthusiasm, a passionate desire to grow your career while attracting and inspiring like-minded associates eager to do the same.
- Influential communicator, with strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Technology proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media sites, and Real Estate platforms
